Sometimes known as Lotus cookies, sometimes known as Biscoff cookies, these spiced Belgian cookies have a very distinctive flavor. You may have had them as cookie butter, or tried one on a plane.

We made our own GF biscoff cookies so that we could make these bonbons for you. A biscoff cookie ganache over a biscoff cookie crunch layer, all in a dark chocolate shell. Painted to remind you of the biscoff packaging. 😊

We started with our 66% dark chocolate base, and added loads of chopped dried Turkish figs, and just the right amount of local Mikolich Honey. The blend of flavors is delicious!

If you're not familiar, there's been a craze lately for what's known as the Dubai Bar. Traditionally, the filling is made with pistachio cream, tahini, and fried phyllo strands.

Because Iris has a severe gluten allergy, she wanted to create a gluten-free version of the bar, so we substituted butter-toasted Rice Chex for the fried phyllo strands in our version.

And so we present to you our take on the Dubai Bar! This is a very limited time offering, so if you want to try it, come on in soon! 😊
